Charlie Radio · station
Terms
Published 16 August 2026. Station only. Not a DJ-client contract.
What this covers
These terms apply to the Charlie Radio house station: the website at radio.charliecore.com, the web stream, the Second Life Music URL we publish, and the Discord voice channel that plays the same MASTER.
They do not sell a DJ stream, a club output, or a commercial encoder account. Founding-preview copy on the Home (DJs, clubs, L$800) is a product sketch, not an offer and not a fact on Icecast.
The stream
Charlie Radio is a 24/7 linear station. What you hear is the MASTER: authorized Charlie Catalog, or a live encoder on the station ingest. Catalog tracks are broadcast-eligible only when audio and rights both pass. Creative Commons tracks are credited on the Home.
The stream may pause, change, or stop. We do not promise bitrate, uptime, or that a player in Second Life or a browser will always connect.
Rights
House catalog rights are Charlie's station Rights Gate. That gate is not legal cover for a third-party DJ set. When we later sell streams to DJs, their audio is their responsibility. Those terms will be a different document (STREAMING-LEGAL).
Your use
- Listen. Share the public listen URLs we publish.
- Do not attack, scrape credentials, or republish the Icecast source port.
- Do not present preview DJs or clubs as live on our Icecast unless a verified Show exists.
Second Life
The official parcel URL is http://stream.charliecore.com:9000/live.mp3. You may set that as a parcel Music URL. We do not operate your land, and we do not count avatars in a sim as listeners.
